Privacy Policy

This policy describes what happens to the information you submit through the callback request form on this website. It reflects how this website is actually built and configured today.

Information still required from the business owner

The following details are not yet configured for this project, so they are deliberately left blank rather than filled in with placeholder text:

  • privacy contact email address
  • business telephone number
  • business postal address

What we collect

The callback request form asks for exactly five pieces of information:

  • Your full name
  • Your business name
  • Your phone number
  • Your preferred callback window (Eastern Time)
  • Your monthly email sending volume range

The form does not ask for an email address. Alongside your answers we record technical context automatically: the page address you submitted from, any campaign tracking parameters in that address, your browser’s detected time zone, the time of submission, and a one-way hashed value derived from your network address and browser identifier. That hashed value is used only to limit repeated automated submissions; it is not reversible into your network address.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your request for Azana Leads services, primarily by telephone during the callback window you selected, and to manage that enquiry internally. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated businesses or affiliates for their own marketing.

Calls, texts and consent

Submitting the form is a request for a call from Azana Leads about its services at the number you provide. That is a manual, requested callback.

Separately from that, the form may present an optional, unchecked consent box for automated marketing calls and text messages. Checking it is never required to submit the form or to receive your requested callback, and leaving it unchecked does not enrol you in any automated marketing calls or texts. Whether you check it or not, we store an audit record of the exact wording shown to you, its version, the named business, the phone number submitted, the page it came from, and the time.

If you have given that optional consent, you may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text message, replying HELP for assistance, or telling us on a call to stop contacting you. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

No automated calling or texting provider is connected to this website at present, so no automated marketing calls or texts can be sent from it today. This policy is not a statement of certification or of compliance with any particular telemarketing law.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Submissions are stored in this project’s managed database. Records are private: anonymous visitors to this website cannot read them, and access is restricted to approved signed-in administrator accounts through a password-protected internal dashboard. Consent records, delivery status and diagnostic records carry the same restriction.

Our diagnostic records, used to investigate submission failures, deliberately contain no names, phone numbers or message content — only a reference code, an error category and the names of any fields that failed validation.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and their associated consent records are retained while they remain commercially relevant and for as long as we may need them as a record of the contact permission you gave. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, to stop calling you, or to tell you what we hold about you. Contact details for making that request are among the items listed above as still required from the business owner; until they are configured, please use the reply channel on any message you receive from us.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. If an analytics tool is connected, it receives only content-free events such as “a form was started” or “a submission was saved”. Names, phone numbers and other form contents are never sent to analytics.
